【开源、合作、普惠：古特雷斯谈AI未来】2026#世界人工智能大会#期间，世界人工智能合作组织正式宣布成立。联合国秘书长古特雷斯在接受CGTN独家专访时强调，人工智能带来的机遇应该全人类共享，而人工智能治理，任何一个国家都无法独自完成。国际社会需要搭建沟通桥梁、凝聚全球共识，共同制定治理规则。他表示坚定支持开源，认为中国的开源人工智能工具正在惠及全球。The World Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization was announced at the opening ceremony of the 2026 World AI Conference and High-Level Meeting on Global AI Governance in Shanghai. In an exclusive interview with CGTN host Tian Wei, UN Secretary-General António Guterres said global AI governance is still in its early stage and requires countries to build bridges, not barriers. He also voiced strong support for open-source, noting that China's open-source AI tools are benefiting the world.
